Responsibilities of constituted authority

1 Maintenance of law and order.

It is the responsibility of the government to ensure that people obey the rules and regulations, to achieve peace in society.

2 Provision of social amenities.

 The government should provide social amenities for the benefit of the people, e.g. water, electricity, and education.
