Meaning of Division
This is a situation where an individual is assigned special duties or Functions.
Division of labour is the breaking down of work or jobs into different or smaller units, where each unit is being undertaken by different people. In the division of labour, there is specialization. Specialization is when a person concentrates on a particular job and becomes an expert on it.
